BASIC REFORMER FOR INJURIES
A specialized Pilates class designed to support individuals recovering from injuries or managing chronic pain. This class focuses on gentle, controlled movements using the Pilates Reformer to help improve strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness without aggravating existing injuries.

We have also helped our students rehabilitate from extensive injuries while also addressing conditions like kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis, and disc herniations to keep them strong and pain-free daily.

Training
In the Kelly Om Pilates and Wellness Teacher Training Course, you will learn the fundamental principles of Pilates and how to create effective beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts. You’ll gain expertise in using the mat and reformer to enhance core strength, joint stability, flexibility, and overall balance. The course also covers key communication and observational skills, including verbal cueing and imagery to motivate clients. You’ll explore postural analysis, hundreds of exercises with modifications for different body types and conditions, and how to incorporate resistance equipment. Additionally, you’ll learn how to design layered, well-rounded workouts for both personal and group training.”
